No horse is considered sold until deposit or payment has been received and cleared.
Horses may be reserved with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Deposit may be transferred to another horse.
Most horses will sell with a "Right of First Refusal" contract.
Horses will come with a halter, lead rope, and all health/breeding records.
Coggins/health papers, if needed, will be included on sales over $800. Under that they are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I will recommend shippers if needed, have shipped from coast to coast and border to border over the years. If you are close enough, I can often deliver for gas/time cost.
Interest free payments are often available. I acquired my original, quality stock that way and have no problem helping you to do so also. Due to prior experiences, horses will not leave my property until paid in full with very few exceptions. Foals on their dams side are never charged board. Otherwise, first month of board is free and will be charged at a rate of $1/day thereafter, unless a nursing mare, which will be charged at a rate of $2/day.
I welcome your questions and will have questions for you. My goal is to get the right horse with the right owner. My horses have a low resale rate because I take the time to do that. Of course life happens sometimes, hence the aforementioned Right of First Refusal contracts. I am more than willing to mentor new Mini owners, and will remain available to my buyers for as long as they wish. I prefer buyers become friends!

I am currently holding a partial dispersal sale. Due to health constraints and situations out of my control (ie, a pipeline is taking the land I am leasing), and having to move to a smaller property, I need to reduce my numbers. I will be working on a complete sales list as I get pictures organized in my computer for posting, but for now feel free to inquire on any horse on the website besides Sonata and Flame. I am REALLY Seriously hoping to find someone who sees the value of these lines and is interested in preserving them also, as I need a home for at least one of the stallions! I am very easy to work with and will happily trade breedings and such as our programs progress. Let's talk!
